Many New Legendary Pokémon to join the fray​

Main article: New legendary Pokémon announced for Pokémon UNITE's 5th Anniversary — Yveltal, Palkia, Reshiram, and Solgaleo join the fray throughout July and August​

Four new Legendary Pokémon have been announced to join the fray in Pokémon UNITE — Yveltal, Palkia, Reshiram, and Solgaleo will debut July 3rd, July 17th, August 7th, and August 21st, respectively. They will be introduced as part of the game's 5th Anniversary celebrations, which will be starting from July 21st, with their addition bringing the total number of playable Pokémon to 94 (counting Mewtwo's Unite Licenses separately).

Pokémon UNITE Championship Series Update​

Pokémon UNITE will no longer be part of the Pokémon World Championships, starting from the 2027 edition, and will instead have a separate tournament, Pokémon UNITE Aeos Crown 2027 Tokyo.
The qualifiers will tentatively begin from November 2026, with the final tournament being tentatively held in late March 2027 in Tokyo. All qualified teams will receive invitations and travel awards for visiting Tokyo for the tournament.

We have decided that Pokémon UNITE will not be part of the Pokémon World Championships 2027, scheduled for 2027, and will instead hold a separate tournament, Pokémon UNITE Aeos Crown 2027 Tokyo.

Unite Move Shout-Out Showdown​

A special project to determine the number one Unite Move, based entirely on its name and how epic it sounds, is currently underway! As part of Pokémon UNITE's 5th Anniversary, the loudest fan vote in Pokémon UNITE history will be held. A special PV featuring the in-game voice, Bryson Baugus, shouting out the Unite Moves with maximum energy has also been released! By participating in the campaign, players will have a chance to win 55,555 Aeos Tickets. Furthermore, a special wallpaper packed with Unite Move names will be released.

The campaign runs until Wednesday, July 15th. Users from India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and Hong Kong are eligible to participate. To enter, comment your favorite Unite Move on the Facebook post and fill out the form with your Support ID and selected Unite Move.

Make It Rain Aeos Gems! The Pulse-Pounding WAKU-WAKU-DOKI-DOKI 5th Anniversary Quiz!​

To celebrate the 5th anniversary of Pokémon UNITE, the “Make It Rain Aeos Gems! The Pulse-Pounding WAKU-WAKU-DOKI-DOKI 5th Anniversary Quiz!” social media campaign will be held starting Thursday, July 16th till July 21st.

Take on the quizzes posted daily on the official Pokémon UNITE Facebook account. If players guess the exact answer, they can win 55,555 Aeos gems. If no participants guess the correct answer throughout the entire campaign period, one lucky participant will receive the 55,555 Aeos gems.

To enter, predict the answer to the quiz posted on the Official Pokémon UNITE Facebook and post it in the comments. Also fill out the fill out the forms for Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, and Q5 respectively with your Support ID and answer. The answer deadline for each quiz is 9:59 AM (UTC+9) on the day after the quiz is posted. Users from India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and Hong Kong are eligible to participate.

Prizes:

• Exact Match Prize: 55,555 Aeos gems
  • If multiple participants qualify for the Exact Match Prize in the same quiz, the prize will be awarded to one participant selected from among them by random drawing.
  • If there are no correct answers throughout the entire campaign period, the prize will be awarded to one participant selected from among all participants by random drawing.

Battle Pass Season 43​

A new Battle Pass for Season 43 is available in Pokémon UNITE from Wednesday, July 1st to Friday, July 31st, and features "Regal Style: Pikachu". New trainer outfits and background and frames will also be available. Check out the Battle Pass promotional video below:
