I don't know where i should post this, but...
i've caught a level 7 Chingling in Slowpoke Well today on SS using Sinnoh Sound. I've noticed that you don't have level info on it in Slowpoke Well article, so i thought this would be useful.

I'm fighting a level 6 Bronzor in same place right now.
