I am, and have been for a long time, an anthroposophist, one who follows the teachings of Rudolf Steiner. I thought I would share with everyone the actual truth about some common misconceptions regarding Christ and his counterparts.

In the history of the world, there have been spiritual movements that have shaped our progress. Civilization first really began when Lucifer was incarnated into a Chinese nobleman around 3000 BC. Lucifer spread the divine spark of creativity into the world, which then spread, and from which we get ancient cultures. Christ is a mean between Lucifer and the Antichrist. He was incarnated into the body of Jesus at around 30 AD. The Antichrist, whose name is Ahriman, has not been incarnated yet. He will be incarnated an equal number of years after Christ as Lucifer came before. Right now, his influence is growing as his time approaches.

Lucifer and Ahriman both are evil, but in opposite extremes. Lucifer's realm is the creative. He tries to win people over by getting them to think highly of their own abilities. Ahriman's realm is the mechanical. He tries to trap people in the mechanics of everyday life. Things like electricity and digestion are evils from the Ahrimanic realm. However, we can use those evils for the purpose of the good so long as we don't let ourselves get trapped in them.

The Ahrimanic influence is growing, as can be seen by how people are turning to science for answers. They want to explain the world mechanically. Science is okay only so long as we also practice spiritual science, using our spiritual senses to observe the very real spirit world.

Many people have the misconception of Christ that he was Jesus. The cosmic Christ descended into Jesus and merged with him. We know about the cosmic Christ from the prophecies of the ancient Persians. The cosmic Christ has existed in the realm of the sun for all eternity. From there, he descended into Jesus of Nazareth and began merging with him, a process that completed with the crucifixion. The Persian prophecies also foretold the Antichrist, and revealed his name: Ahriman.

By the way, if anyone is interested in learning more about Anthroposophy, please ask here.

No no, you got it all wrong. Here is how it happened.

Seventy five million years ago, Xenu was the ruler of a galactic federation of 26 stars and 76 planets. However, there was a problem. These planets were immensely overpopulated, with an average of 178 billion inhabitants each. Coincidentally, they all dressed and looked exactly the same as people in the United States in the late 1950's.

Xenu, knowing that he wouldn't be in power for much longer, decided to solve this problem. With the help of psychiatrists, he froze most of the populations and put them on space planes that looked strikingly similar to Douglass DC-8's. Then he flew them all to Earth (at that time known as Teegeeack), threw them into volcanoes, and detonated hydrogen bombs.

The disembodied souls of these aliens now reside within our bodies and are called thetans. You must pay a lot of money to have them removed.

OMG WHAT MISSINGNO. SAID

But really Mudkipz, why on a Pokemon forums? I saw you on TalkZelda Forums, you were at least relevant

If Lucifer governs the creative and someone comes with ... shall we say ... creative theology that has even less historical reference to it than the stuff it's based on, does that mean it comes from Lucifer?

That's a very intelligent question!

Indeed, we do (must even) use things in the Luciferic realm. It is in finding the balance between Luciferic and Ahrimanic that we find the Christ-impulse that should guide us.

Why should I care about what Lucifer inspired? Do you believe he lies? There's not a whole lot of proof of Christianity ... are you aware there is even less hope for you to confirm your claims? Do you normally just read some random book and devote your entire life to it? (I'm a liberal Christian who avoids worshipping my own sacred scriptures.) Has it occurred to you he just wants your money and your devotion? Where did he get his info? See, at least Judaism, Christianity, and Islam say they got their stuff from God. It sounds as though you're saying the creativity needed to come up with such drivel (I'm not being hypocritical because I can be Christian and realize it sounds stupid to other people) comes from Lucifer, traditionally held to be a liar, and why on earth would you believe him?

Considering that Rudolf Steiner died decades ago, he's probably not after my money. Anthroposophy is a very well-grounded religious belief. It seems that there is some sickness of the soul afflicting you such that prevents you from seeing clearly. It seems you've been caught up in the mechanics of things and fallen under the Ahrimanic impulse. If you would do some of Steiner's spiritual exercises it could help you a great deal.

Show me some ground, then. Please, let me hear your enlightened facts.

I might not be the best at describing at what I'm trying to get at, so allow me to quote Rudolf Steiner's own words.

A person seeking inner development must first of all make the attempt to give up certain formerly held inclinations. Then, new inclinations must be acquired by constantly holding the thought of such inclinations, virtues or characteristics in one's mind. They must be so incorporated into one's being that a person becomes enabled to alter his soul by his own will-power. This must be tried as objectively as a chemical might be tested in an experiment. A person who has never endeavored to change his soul, who has never made the initial decision to develop the qualities of endurance, steadfastness and calm logical thinking, or a person who has such decisions but has given up because he did not succeed in a week, a month, a year or a decade, will never conclude anything inwardly about these truths.

So, a spiritual sickness? Does that mean I'll die from Atheism or something?

To put it in Steiner's own words:

Not only does the trichotomy of body, soul and spirit lie at the root of an understanding of man, but a trichotomy determines the path we must follow if we really wish to arrive at an understanding of the universe. Our epoch which is so chaotic in thought does not easily grasp such ideas and for the most part is indifferent to them. As you know, there are atheists, those who deny the existence of God; there are also deniers of Jesus; and there are materialists, deniers of the spirit. To be an atheist is possible only for those who are wholly insensitive to the phenomena of external nature. For if the physical forces in us are not blunted, we arc continually aware of the presence of God. Atheism is really sickness of the soul, a disease of the human personality. To deny Christ is not a sickness; we must make every effort to find Him in the unfolding of human evolution. If we do not find Him we are lost to the power that redeems the soul from death. This is a misfortune of the soul. Atheism is a sickness of the soul, of the human personality. To deny Christ is a misfortune of the human soul. Note the difference. To deny the Spirit is to be guilty of self-deception.

Where do you get this stuff? Digestion is the work of the Antichrist?

Digestion as the work of the antichrist is rather difficult to swallow.

The Readers Digest, on the other hand...

Digestion is Ahrimanic just as it's opposite, respiration, is Luciferic. Just because it's Ahrimanic, and thus evil, doesn't mean it can't be used for good ends.

What's good about shit?
So, hold on, respiration is the work of the devil? (Out of curiosity, do you even know what respiration is)
