What is it for you?
A time to eat drink and be merry:cheers:, or a time to remember the birth of Jesus Christ.or do you think its a over hypes shopping holiday.

To me its simply a time to remember the birth of Jesus, but also to have a good time with friends and family.


Also have a Merry Christmas or if not have a happy 25th of December.
 
I typically use my Christmas to spend time with family. But sometimes, I end up spending it with friends. [But that's very rare.]
 
For me, its spending time with my family and about the birth of Jesus, and I like thinking of my friends, the three best ones I know that are far away.
 
I think it's an over-hyped shopping holiday, to the honest with you, and I'm not to fond of that part of it. An aunt gave me $100 for early christmas, and I kind of need it as a broke-ass college student, but I've spent every penny of it buying gifts for other people.

Anyway, how it usually works is that I humbug for the first 24 days of the month, and then end up having a pretty nice holiday with my folks. By the time January 1st comes around, I roll my eyes and say that ok, maybe it's not so bad.
 
For me, Christmas isn't about more than getting off of school since my family isn't so close-knit, if you know what I'm sayin'.

Well, about half an hour later, it would be Christmas in HK!

EDIT: It's now Christmas here in HK!
