Clarification for Posting Something

I apologize for being unaware of the proper place, but I would like to start a thread where I could detail out my Fakemon region for constructive criticism, but I don't know if it is supposed to go under the fairground (because its not a Fanfiction more so a description) or if it should go to the Creative Corner. Again I apologize for the inconvenience but I thought I should ask first.

No, make 10 posts in threads and you'll have 10 posts and you'll be able to blog.
