In reading the Chargestone Cave page I came across the terms/abbreviations 1F, B1F, and B2F.

I dug through the FAQ's and other area, but I could not find what they mean.

Adding these, and other used abbreviations, to a global glossary would help other new members like myself.

In the order you posted: First Floor, Basement First Floor, Basement Second Floor. Think of it as elevetar shorthand if you want. Any Questions about those? I can't answer your second question, sorry.

And also in some main series games where the floor number comes up when you go onto a new floor.

I haved noticed that so far all of the replys relate to the floor numbers, yet no one has said anything about his prosposeal for a glossary.

We could redirect them somewhere. Do we have a generic "basement" article (like forests and caves)?

Well, I don't really see what we could put on a "basement" article. I mean, cave, forest (which isn't even in the mainspace yet), and desert are all really common types of locations. Basement... well, Galactic HQ and two of the department stores have them, but that's about it, and there isn't that much to put in the article anyway.

I kinda agree with DETH though. They are pretty common, self-explanatory terms; if we can come up with a decent list of official terminology to put on a list, I have no problem with including them, but we don't need to make a page just for them.
