Clark's VA?

I need to know who the actor was who voiced Clark "the Conductor" in the Hoenn League episode "Shocks and Bonds."

If you don't recall who I'm talking about here is a picture:

Sam Regal, probably 0_0 I think he does Arcana in Yu-Gi-Oh

I do know his Japanese voice actor was Akira Ishida.

I don't think it was Sam Regal, because he wasn't in the credits (unless he went by a pseudonym). I personally do not know who voiced him, but according to the credits, here were the additional voice actors for the episode:

Marc Diraison, Suzanne Goldish, Dan Green, Jamie Owens, Ed Paul, Andrew Paull, Mike Pollock, Kayzie Rogers, Anthony Salerno, Sean Schemmel, Michael Sinterniklaas, Lindsey Warner, Andi Whaley, Pete Zarustica

I know, I'm weird for typing up the credits of all the Advanced Challenge/Battle episodes, but I'm trying to identify which roles are played by specific VAs.

Actually, 4Kids mostly don't credited many side character's VAs. They mostly used one credits for the whole season. For example, they don't credited Mike Pollock for last Advanced season episodes which he narrated. And they don't credited Andrew Rannells in Harley's episodes AFAIK. So, don't get this as a proof.

They stopped doing that when Advanced Challenge began. They did that for maybe the first six episodes of Advanced Challenge, then gave up and started crediting only the voice actors who appeared, with the exception of a few (Mike Sinterniklaas is credited in every episode, even though Seviper only appears in a few of them).

By the way, Andrew Rannells was credited in all of Harley's episodes, as well as in the Mossdeep Gym battle episodes and Go Go Ludicolo.

They really do? I must admit I don't know that, 'cause I must downloaded episodes from net, and unfortunatelly they mostly are without credits:-(

Clark's actually annoyed me because I couldn't figure his VA out. My first instinct says, "Darren Dunstan" but that's all wrong. It's not Sam Regal either.

...Actually, no, I think I know now. Anthony Salerno; he does Chazz on YGO GX.

EDIT: Oh. XD His name /was/ listed in the credits. Should've just gone through the ones I didn't know.

I forgot to mention that Darren Dunstan was almost never credited in the episodes I know he appeared in. He played Grovyle and Swellow, but the majority of those episodes he was absent from the credits. I think it's because he's also the voice director (Michael Haigney was never credited when he was the voice director).
