Tell me about it! If they actually bothered some of the time we wouldn't have to have 30 odd bins we wouldn't even need 1 we could make do with half a bin.

Oh in Sunderland we get a little black tub to fill with paper and that's all they recycle. They take once a month and one time, when we put plastic in they told us they didn't want and should just put it in a normal bin. We also get a green bin for garden waste which they never empty. Ever!

Hmm...maybe getting people to learn how to put rubbish in a bin in the first place would be a good step forwards...
