Yes, this may be in the wrong forum, and I apologize for that. Feel free to shuffle it around if I've made an error.

Anywho, I was watching the countdown to HG/SS clock, and I noticed that it changed from 22 days left to 21, yet in the Eastern time zone (where I live), there's still an hour to midnight. So it should still be 22 days, not 21. I may have missed something, but I just wanted to throw it out there. Sorry for any grief I may have caused.

You do know March 14 is the date that DST begins, right? It's an hour ahead because of that.

*facepalm* that's what I get for posting after work. Thanks lol

Oh, that'll be fun. I might wake up at the wrong time, and be all off, set the game wrong, and... EEK!

So long as you aren't starting the game between 11 PM and 1 AM, you'll start it right.

Personally, this DST doesn't matter to me, since I'm setting my DSi's clock to October 15, 2000 anyway.

Yeah, the game goes off of the DS's clock anyway, so if you screw it up, you can always change the system clock.

But yeah, the DST thing threw me off when I set TPM's countdown timer and couldn't figure out why it was an hour off. Then I realized the JavaScript functions automatically account for DST. Pretty handy, actually.

However, DST does not happen until 1 am of that day. so technically, it's an hour fast.

Shush.

The game comes out that day, doesn't matter really the exact hour, because most stores don't open until 10 AM on Sunday.

oh really? Because I am thinking about getting mine sometime between around 10.
I hope my local GameStop is open at that time...

Anyways, to be on topic... That is pretty cool with it automaticly taking into account DST
