I've heard alot of talk about cloning pokémon. I don't know how to clone pokémon. Can someone teach me how to clone?

Yeah, the only way to clone in Platinum is with an Action Replay or other cheating device. You could do the GTS glitch in Diamond/Pearl or trade it with someone who can clone it for you.
EDIT: mini-ninja'd

Actually the glitch does work... you just cant withdraw the pokemon back, thus meaning you wont know if its sucessfl. (not sure about this, can someone check) Someone else can still pick it up, if you have two games, then you could clone.

Really?
I don't think so.. never heard of it..
I have 2 platinum's
1 mine and 1 max's (inside info between me and coolking)
all I need is another DS and I can test it out...

Getting back the Pokémon is part of the glitch thus if you can't accomplish this, the glitch doesn't work at all in Platinum, period.

Besides, data from the "unsuccessful Pokémon you got cloned" in the Platinum GTS (the Pokémon you say can't be withdrawn) isn't actually on its servers, meaning that you can't trade it for another Pokémon connecting to the Global Terminal with another cart.
