I didn't wanna double post in the question thread. No one is answering me...

The power items, like the power anklet. Will it lower my speed stat? I don't wanna do that... I wanna raise it

Nah, their effect is giving you extra +4 EVs to the stat that its description mentioned for each battle you used the Pokemon in, while lowering your speed in battle only. Don't worry, the speed hindrance is only temporary, and goes away when you take the Power item off. The EV gain is forever. n.n

This is why a Power item that raises Speed EVs can even exist. XD;
