I think being able to use 4 Meowth cards and 4 Alolan Meowth cards and using the same rule for other Alolan Pokémon cards should be very interesting. I've noticed that Meowth cards have released in every set in the current rotation (2016-2017) except BREAKpoint, Primal Clash and I think in the near future Evolutions won't have one as well. If there is going to be an Alolan Persian card which requires Darkness Energy (this Alolan Meowth card only requires Colourless Energy), I think the best Meowth card to use with Alolan Meowth (and Persian) cards would be the Ancient Origins Meowth card

I'm not sure yet which would be the best normal Persian cards would be useful with the supposed Alolan Persain cards if I was going to use both of them in a deck.
