There's a really great weekly column run by Comics Should Be Good that appears on Comic Book Resources every week. With the recent death of Captain America, they've run a special Cap-centric article, including a legend about the origin of the character (Kirby and Shuster were offered protection from the mayor of New York City when the first issue came out), whether are not issue [HASHTAG]#249[/HASHTAG] of his series was approved by the Comics Code Authority, and whether or not he had a metal-laced skeleton (interesting answer). All the answers are here. Very cool regular feature, very cool tribute to Captain America.
Wish I could find those old novels.
