Then it must be Felicia Hardy/Black Cat. Haven't been any others (aside from the two obvious, both of whom I know are the right approximate age).

Yes, she has. She appears in quite a bunch of Daily Bugle scenes. She MIGHT not have been called by name, I can't remember, but it is her.
