What do you mean, exactly? There are a few legitimate places to read comics digitally (such as ComiXology.com), and a number of apps available in the iTunes store (including a DC Comics app), not to mention the upcoming Kindle Fire is exclusively partnered with DC to bring comics to that platform. If you're looking for print comics, there are plenty of places online to find them (Midtowncomics.com is pretty good), and there's always the Comic Shop Locator to find stores in your area.
Of course, if you're looking for information on the books or the characters, rather than the books themselves, that's a completely different thing.
