Tyranitar- Raises Accuracy and uses Stone Edge

Sandstream

Hone Claws
Stone Edge
Earthquake
Crunch


Krookodile- Lowers opponents speed with Low Sweep to be faster

Intimidate (I know, Moxie is better)

Low Sweep
Thunder Fang
Earthquake
Crunch


Reuniclus- Immune to Sandstorm, covers weakness to Fighting-type.

Magic Guard

Psychic
Focus Blast
Shadow Ball
Recover

What kind of sandstorm team is that?
Excadrill with sand rush or sand force is manditory for any sucessful sandstorm team.
Also a garchomp with sand veil and double team holding brightpowder can be very effective at doging and dealing damage.
A fire type with fire blast can cover you weakness to ice and if you give it flash as well you can make it nearly impossible to hit your garchomp

Sandslash is a good addition, with its dreamworld ability Sand Rush would be a good addition. Giving it Swords Dance and moves like Earthquake and Stone Edge, it will be a speed sweeper that has an advantage over some flying types. And like Shadow B said, Excadrill is always a great choice. Hippowdown is not a bad choice either, having Sand Storm itself and able to learn Yawn and Slack Off, it can be a staller for round after round.
