So....yeah.. for some reason, recently, my computer has been deciding to take a crap on me and go and bluescreen. For no reason at all. When it crashes, it says I need to take off any recently installed programs. I did so, yet it still crashes. At first, I thought it was photoshop elements that was the problem, as it crashed my computer every time I tried running it, but in the end, even after removing it, it still is bluescreening, like it did right before I got onto a computer.
It is a Windows 7, HP 2000-412NR Laptop.
This really helps, if it means I don't have to take it to a shop and have to pay for it to get fixed, so thank you very much in advance whoever decides to help.

The first step would be to figure out what kind of error led to that blue screen. If you can keep it running long enough before it crashes, install NirSoft's BlueScreenView, launch it and post the Bug Check String (if present) and Bug Check Code for the most recent dump on the list.

Would using a factory reset work? Or will the error still be there? I have it up on my computer right now, and I already have everything sent onto an 16 GB sd card (and yes, I have only that much XD), so I wont lose anything. Once again, thanks so much for helping.

A factory reset might not help you as nowadays more often than not blue screens are caused by hardware failures. Though, some types are indeed caused by drivers or other software to which resets may work. For determining which of the two it is, figuring out the bug check code as said above would be really helpful.

Okay. I'll download it. Thank ya.
