Kasumi Chan, I don't want to look like someone who alway meddles in with other peoples buisness, but I have some idea's that could improve the signature club (at least I think they can ;-) )

- A sticky thread for people to test their signature. Now testing threads appear everywhere, threads with one post "just testing' and thats it. There used to be something like an official test thread here long ago, but after time it went became lesser used until it disapeared from the front pages and didn't became used for a month anymore.
- Maybe a sticky 'Rate my sig' as well or something like a sig rate contest like Jigglypuff posted here? At that time, a lot of people came to the signature club to get their rated.

Just throwing in some idea's. Hope they help you ;-)
