what is your favorite pokemon and why mines spiritomb cos its purple and i like purple
 
Most of my pokemon I have used in the past few games havebecome my favourites but if I narrowed it down...
Cute ones: Piplup, Totodile, Larvitar, Togepi
Cool ones: Blazicken, Garchomp, Suicune, Flygon, Feraligatr, Deoxys, Ho-oh, Rayquaza, Gardevoir.

If I had to pick my absolute favourite it would be...

Garchomp!!!!

Well Spiritomb, you have to rememebr that there are tons of purple pokemon. SHellos, Nidoking, Arbok, Weezing... the lsit goes on.

I have a four-way tie between Togekiss, Blissey, Wobbuffet, and Arceus.

The coolest Pokemon, in my opinion, are:

(No particular order)

Victreebel
Tangrowth
Mawile
Cradily
Starmie

I'm sure I could think of more, but that's it for now...

Hands down Fuwante/Driftloon
such a cute, harmless-looking Pokemon that can drag children into the underworld is just awesomely ironic.
too bad they never succeed though
 
My favorites? Dang, I have a lot.

Entei, Stunky, Toxicroak, Drifloon, Purugly, Flaaffy, Weavile, Raichu...I think my favorite would have to be Stunky, though.
 
Out of what I've caught so far (about 20), I'd say my Luxio. Or my Budew, whose combination of being able to stun opponents and replenish its own HP through causing damage is, I think, rather neat.

Actually, I'd probably say Charmander if I actually *had* one (I have a thing for fire-types). Still trying to think whether it'd be worth trying to trade for one at some point. I'm a little nervous of trying out the WiFi for fear of getting cheated/hacked.

Why, yes, I am terribly new to this game... ;)
 
Well, then, I suggest you buy a guide book. Those things can be deceptivly helpfull. Aways nice to see a new fan! Also, Bulbapedia is good.

Anyway, out of the pokemon I've owned so far, the ones that were the coolest:

My male Totodile/Croconaw/Feraligatr, C.J., my first pokemon. Got to level 84.

My female Zubat/Golbat/Crobat, Sketchers (don't ask) in Ruby, who got to level 95.

My Raqauza, (Forget the nickname) in Ruby, who was my first level 100, may he rest in peace. *Cries*

My Zapdos, (Forget the nickname) who was my second level 100.

My Porygon/2/Z Tirepire, who was my third level 100, who I still have in Pearl. He is awsome, and he has a rash nature to boot.

My Misdreavis/Mismagius Marina/Allotops who was my fourth level 100 and is currently staying with my friend.
 
darkrai is wicked fun to battle with so i'd say he's my favorite...after that i'd have to say blastoise
 
I've always had a thing for Dragonair, since I was eight or something. As I stated in my introductory topic, I like beauty and Dragonair is just.. drollworthy, in my opinion. I also love Milotic, for the same reason. There are also other Pokemon I'm very fond of, Flygon, Azelf or Luxray for example. I like all evolutions of Eevee, because I'm shallow and they are pretty.
