Hey guys so since this is a Pokemon website I just had to ask this on here. If you make Pokemon AMVs or know of someone who does. I know in the past Shogakukan reported people's videos if it had pokemon in it and it caused a huge problem. However, it doesn't seem like they are doing this now which is confusing. I've been a victim of this and I had really popular pokemon videos online, though i'm not sure if I should put them back up on my new account.

I've searched for Youtube videos and the pokemon videos never get deleted now and there's no articles about it. You guys think I should or not? Let me know your opinions. It seems kinda equal on both ways you know?

Sometimes they get deleted, sometimes they don't.
I think you can file a copyright dispute though, like if your audio is muted, you can get unmuted by filing a fair use claim.

This is what got Deepercutt and Kroboproductions banned!

You're more likely to get shot down by three DMCAs before you fill out the form and YouTube approves.

It works sometimes, though. A video I uploaded (this one) was considered in copyright violation because the audio track was both a copyrighted song, and from a WB movie trailer. I filed the dispute form and a week or two later the video was restored.
