How can I violate copyright if I got permission from the source's owner to use the image? Does Bulbagarden have the copyright image? No! So why should I ask admins of the site Im giving it to permission? They DON'T HAVE THE COPYRIGHT ON IT!! I want my block revoked or my mom and her lawyer friends will take action, say for wrongful termination.

You have been unblocked for that reason; if you are telling the truth about having permission, then it is not a copyright violation, although it may fall under a few of our own rules (Maverick Nate told you himself that we avoid taking images from that website).
However, you are still blocked for edit warring and cumulative rule-breaking, which results in no change to your block length (subtracting any number less then infinity from infinity still equals infinity).

I do apologize, but you've been warned many times for your various infractions.

We can ban you without cause, we aren't a public entity, you have no grounds to bring a case.

Beyond that, you were still banned, infinitely, for violating our edit policy--a completely legitimate reason, considering the cumulative nature of the ban.

Edit: I feel like expanding a little more. Wrongful termination suits are brought when a contract is eliminated before its term, or a violation of a legally protected right is the cause for the voiding of a contract or agreement. That didn't occur here. We have no contract with you to provide any service, and we can prohibit you from this forum, as I said, with or without cause. In this case, we have cause, so I would really advise you against that. Also, don't threaten to bring a lawsuit "unless" we do something.

Wanna know why?

That's what people in the legal field call extortion.

Owned.

Wow, Kuki. I really don't think you should sue Bulbagarden for not being able to log into your account.

Alright now, let's not bite his head off about it. Kuki, if you have some legitimate questions, I will do my best to answer them, but just to make it clear, you're probably not going to be unbanned.

P.S. I closed the thread, since at this point, any further discussion would probably be best off in private anyway.
