CoroCoro movie stuff

I know CoroCoro ran the Ono "adaptation" of movie 1, and had bonus books for 3, 4, 5, 10 and possibly 6 and 7. What about the others? I'm especially looking for 2 (for obvious reasons)--did *anyone* do a manga of 2? And are there any alternates on 4?

And I don't mean the ones that're taken from screenshots with added speech bubbles, I mean actual adaptations.

They ought to do a bundle of all of them.

I have the 4 adaptation, but I can't find it. It's the one where the picture of Vicious punching Ash in the face comes from, though.
