*Moves to Japan* Shiny Pichu and level 100 Arceus here I come! In my dreams. Damn now how will we be automatically able to tell if someone's a hacker? 'cause as soon as the Arceus event comes out level 100 arceus won't automatically mean a hack.

How does one (in Japan) pre-order tickets to get the Pikachu-colored Pichu? Where is it collected from? Where you pre-ordered the tickets?

I take it the Arceus will be obtainable at the move theatres in a similar fashion to when one goes to a Pokemon Store?
