Speculation Cosplay Pikachu's Backstory?

Okay, as we all know, you get a special Pikachu after completing your first Contest Spectacular. However, it's just simply handed to you with no explanation behind it. You don't know if there are other Cosplay Pikachu out and about as part of some subspecies, if this thing is one of a kind, or even if someone created a genetically modified Pikachu specifically for Contests. Heck, we don't even know how it was found and who decided to give it to you. The only thing we know about it is that she likes to cosplay and that it's very popular.

So, what do you think Cosplay Pikachu's origins are? Who found it, and how? Who decided to give her to you as its trainer? Discuss!

Keep in mind that this is not a thread to whine about it being a stupid gimmick that can never leave your game like Spiky-Eared Pichu, but rather to discuss its origins in-universe.

She's just a regular Pikachu that likes to cosplay. I imagine she must have probably belonged to, or was at least known by, the breeder who gave her to you. She's not genetically different than any other Pikachu other than the fact that she gets those special moves for Contests. I don't really know what else we'd need to know.

Other Pikachu don't have a heart-shaped tail.

Besides it can't breed (not even regular Pikachu offsping). I wonder if this is a reference to Japanese idols having a "pure" and "untouchable" image.

Maybe this Pikachu is enhanced and enlivened by the Beauty, Toughness, Coolness, Smartness, and Cuteness of other pokemon and trainers: it is a result of the ultimate contest weapon! Or... maybe it is that weapon!!!

I'd like to see it get a move like Light of Ruin. It could called "Thunder of Hearts" or "Lightning of Hearts" or "Lighting of Hearts" or something. It would be an Electric Light of Ruin.

I assume she's just a Pikachu who likes contests so much that the breeder who owned her nearly maxed out all of her contest stats and later made her outfits that were fitting towards each contest category.

Now, as for why she has a black heart shape at the end of her tail and can learn moves that her species can't learn normally, that I don't know. (I also find it weird that her trainer just gives her away to some random trainer after seeing them perform in a contest once, but whatever)
