If they do remake Ruby and Sapphire, they would create 2 new Eeveelutions? I know it sounds stupid but you never know. What do you think? I was just thinking about it. Or they could have an explanation why there is no Eeveelutions in Hoenn.

It doesn't make sense to only create a remake of a past gen as the current one.

Also, what's so horribly wrong with having a region without a certain species of Pokémon?

Well, Hoenn is the only region with out a Eeveelution, like I said It was a Stupid idea.
 
No. They won't add pokemon for a remake. If they remake it it will be stuff from that gen only.
