What that means is that we count to 150 as long as we can using only mods that post here or a "regular" poster here
To be a "regular" you must have one or more of these rules:
1. have more than 200 posts that aren't in your post count.
2. show up here at least twice a week
3. know everyone that was or still is posting in this section
4. Are a mod of this section
5. More than half of your most recent 100 posts in your profile are posts here (click on "find recent posts" if you're unsure)
If a person that doesn't meet these guidelines posts, the counter will be reset to 0
