Count Without a Letter

[Synthesis]

The point of the game is to count without using numbers that contain the letter the poster above posts. However, you can only post the number in its numerical form (so you must say 6 instead of six, or 52 instead of fifty-two) to make it a little more challenging. If the next number in the series contains the number the player above posted, skip it and use the next closest number that doesn't contain that letter. If someone makes a mistake, it's reset back to 0 so the next poster would post 1 and a letter, and everyone else would continue from there.

Just like one hundred one. The way I was told starting in Algebra 1, you only say "and" before a fraction.

I was thinking of 'one hundred and one' for the number, but seems both forms are used so it's rather controversial. I didn't think of that, sorry ;_;

I also had never known 101 pronounced as "one hundred one" before. It seems to be an American English and British English difference as I've read in the English numerals Wikipedia page.
