first off, i have a Jolly (+10% Speed) Scizor holding a Power Anklet and i plan on getting it's speed to 252 EVs training on Magikarps.
how would i go about counting this? how many speed EVs would i go up per Magikarp?
also, i gave it Carbos 'til it said i couldn't use anymore, then i gave it a Tamato berry, and then i gave it another Carbos and it worked, does this mean that stat-increasing-items like Carbos raise the stat to EXACTLY 100?
