IRL Yanmega is INTIMIDATEing. Hope it doesn't have Speed Boost, it would be harder to kill with newspaper.

Yes, theyre shit scary. I had to kill one in June ALL BY MYSELF.

It was the most terrifying five seconds of my life.
 
oh god yes. BANE OF MY EXISTENCE. i hope all crane flies go to a special crane fly hell when they die, where they can all burn together.

i had to get a screen for my window because every single time i'd open it at night a crane fly would pay me a visit. most insects make me only a little squeamish, but if one of those things is in my room i'll run out and refuse to come back in until my dad kills it.

it's too bad i don't care. there are plenty of crane flies left in the world...only a small, small fraction of them will end up dying in my hands.
 
let's make that as hugely small a fraction as we can.

also, i don't think i'm sick OR twisted if YOU'RE the one who likes ugly spider/fly things, mijzelffan. ;_;

they're so small and disgusting..and their legs are so oddly shaped. i'm terrified of wasps, but i'd rather a wasp to a cranefly anyday.

So we should kill it just because they're ugly and scary? Maybe we should kill you too, for the same reasons (that's right, I saw your pic in the picture thread).
 
Never seen that where I live. Of course, it would be a bit startling to see one if that picture is actual size.

It's not that. it's the way it's legs dangle when it flight and the way it flies around bumping into you.


I'm an Insectophobe by nature so i always carry a can of Raid around to spray the buggers. Chemical Warfare FTW
 
I've never seen one of those things around here, but it does look kinda weird. I don't think I would freak out that much about it though. D:
