Crappy broken (Maybe bootleg?) Emerald

I bought An Emerald version on ebay the other day, and worked on it for a couple of weeks. I got to the E4, and beat them with rayquazza. Then, I watch the whole credits, and it starts being a total fucking bitch telling me the the save file is a faggot and I have to start from the beginning!

Anyone else get this?
 
My emerald is way worse. I guess it's worse to get far and lose your progress, but I'd just like to be able to play mine for 2 days. My save file just deletes itself every other day...
Ok, is the game all green and sparkly like the other games or grey with a green sticker?Mine's the latter and it's SUPPOSED to be the former.*sighs*
