Simply put, create your ideas for a Pokemon Figure.

Gardevoir

Pokemon Power: Safeguard: Gardevoir is not affected by the effects of Purple attacks. (They still beat white however.)

12% Dodge
33% Telekenesis (2 stars) - Move the Defending Pokemon one space away.
45% Psychic (60)

Blastoise

Poke power: Torrent: Blastoise gains 5 power to each of it's attacks each space it moves.
75% Hydro cannon-Spin until you get a result other then hydro cannon. For each hydro cannon spinned, that result does 20 more damage.
25% Water Gun (20)
