The Attrition Clause (also known as the Taunt clause)
Only moves that have a defined power (i.e. greater than zero) or moves that raise/lower stats are allowed.
Rationale: This is to get rid of moves that directly depend on the numerical value of HP or PP as a game mechanic, such as Counter/Mirror Coat, Spite, Curse, Night Shade, Dragon Rage, stuff like that.
