This is both for our amusement and to create some actual new ways of approaching Pokémon battles.

Here's the kickoff, as an example:

The Attrition Clause (also known as the Taunt clause)
Only moves that have a defined power (i.e. greater than zero) or moves that raise/lower stats are allowed.

Rationale: This is to get rid of moves that directly depend on the numerical value of HP or PP as a game mechanic, such as Counter/Mirror Coat, Spite, Curse, Night Shade, Dragon Rage, stuff like that.

Sorry if these already exist, I don't really bother to read the clauses.

SET DAMAGE MOVE CLAUSE:
Basically, this is similar to Sazandr*a's Rationale rule, but only Seismic Toss, Dragon Rage, Night Shade, Sonicboom, and Psywave(it's called one in Stadium 2) are banned.

S.T.A.B. CLAUSE:
This rule means that a Pokemon cannot have a move of its type. This does not include set damage moves, since they don't get S.T.A.B.

PHYSICAL MOVE CLAUSE:
A Pokemon can only have physical moves. No status moves, no special moves, and no set damage moves. This includes Seismic Toss.

SPECIAL MOVE CLAUSE:
Similar to the above rule, but only special moves are allowed. No status moves, no physical moves, and no set damage moves. This includes Night Shade.

STATUS MOVE CLAUSE:
This is an interesting one. Like the above rules, but only status move are allowed. No physical moves, no special moves, and no set damage moves. Only damage from, say, Sandstorm or Hail, is allowed.
{OFF TOPIC: I'd actually like to see a battle like that.}
