I looked and saw no topic on this, but I have been known to miss the obvious.

Moisture
During RAIN the pokemon regains 1/8 of their HP every turn and recieves a 10% boost to all stats. During SUNSHINE the pokemon losses 1/8 of their HP every turn and recieves a 10% drop to all stats.
