Discussing the metagame hypothetically. Includes discussions such as Pokémon having access to certain moves or Abilities they do not officially have.

Skullragon (dragon/ghost)
Dex entry: The walking skeleton Pokemon

Body: stands on 2 feet and is a winged dragon skeleton with tail and a sull with 5 spikes going out behind , star shaped, its skeleton is lurked in green aura via its baility.

ability - Soul structure: the pokemon is immune to damage dealing special attaks(moves) of all types.

moveset:

-all bone based moves
- Rock Wrecker and Head Smash (why not, many other learn them)
- some ground, ghost , dark , poisonand dragon moves not to much and not too strong ones.
(dragontail, shadow claw, crunch, poison jab, sand tomb, rock tomb, sandtorm, bite, curse, shadow ball, imprison, reflect, leech life)

-maybe one weak priority move

posibble stats:

HP: 50
Attack: 50
Defence: 55
SP.Attack: 35
SP.Defence: 01
Speed: 45

entry hazards , weather damage and status moves work normally.

Take that it is weak to sucker punch, dark and other physical ghost type moves.
Physical ice, dragon, dark, ghost, fairy are SE on it.
Physical moves of other types work on it

The Oposite of it would have

the ability Phase Form- the pokemon is immune to damage dealing physical attaks(moves) of all types.

To make it interesting it could be part ice (or maybe rock) and maybe also ghost but not neccesarry could be psychic, fairy or dark.
It would have oposite attack, sp. attack and the def, maybe lower speed 10 points and higher hp of this amount.

posibble stats:

HP: 60
Attack: 35
Defence: 01
SP.Attack: 50
SP.Defence: 55
Speed: 35

Basically, my take on how Incineroar could look like! I feel the Heel theme could be explored in a way that dosen't anger the fanbase. This Incineroar form also completes the 'circus theme' by becoming the ringmaster (with whips) and tiger stunts. Incineroar is still muscular, and has ruthless battles with it's well-developed forepaws sometimes, but it prefers to use its flaming ribbons. This Incineroar also plays dirty, but now quadruped, and can now trip enemies using flame whips! This form has come to existence due to the increased influence of Necrozma in the Ultra Sun/Moon Universes.

Due to Necrozma's strange aura, Torracat now have taken a different evolutionary path. These Torracat evolve into Incineroar differently! These Incineroar maintain their original persona, but instead of fists, they attack with their flame ribbons! These ribbons' flames depend on the Incineroar's mood- some Incineroar's ribbons are found to be even hotter than Slugma!

Incineroar now like to lead groups, and keep younger Pokemon disciplined with its ribbons. This Pokemon is known to battle Pokemon bigger than itself wildly with it's muscular forepaws!

Incineroar-Reflected Form
Type: Fire/Dark
Ability: Brawling Rush (Increases speed by one stage when Incineroar uses a physical move).
Stats:
HP:85 (-10)
Attack:125(+10)
Defence:80 (-10)
Special Attack:80
Special Defence:80(-10)
Speed: 80 (+20)

I think the increased speed and the new speed-raiding abilities could help it sweep more along with upgraded Attack.

Imagine a small pink innocent pokemon that transforms in a giant beast only during its sleep status?

Thought about fairy type pokemon that when sleeps changes stats and maybe secondary typing too.
(fairy/fighting ? or fairy/dark(2 good immunities perfect for a nighmare monster)??? )

Ability: Dream Monster- When user is sleeping his form changes rapidly.
When he ends he's nap (sleep) his form changes back on the end of the turn but after it moved in that turn.
(even if you use on it a move that could wake it up it is alowed to use its form the last time)

Would need to learn Rest and a new move to make it sleep with priority and damage oponent.

Imagine Comatose mixed with Schooling but with the option that you can wake it up by using worry seed, wake up slap, electric terrain and that it can naturally wake up after turns. (maybe its ability could work with sleep for 3-5 turns with the surprise effect when it changes back)
You can also block it fall to sleep with Mystic terrain.

It would have a more major disadvantage because its ability needs to be trigged by using a move to fall a sleep and can bewoken up any moment plus some of oponents moves like nightmare and dream eater will benefit from it.
Thats why it needs better typping and stats then wishi washi.

Would maybe need a hp restoring berry that puts it back to sleep but can only eat when awake, or item to maintain its sleep longer or if it wakes up too early.
Because sleep got nerfed to 1-3 turns in gen 5.

Beatufull as a rose and dangerous as a dragon.

ability:
Sleep Dorn Curse - when oponent hits it with a physical move there is a 30% he may fall to sleep.

Arachnosomia (would be pseudolegendary like Arcanine)

bug/ghost

Insomanic Web - makes user immune to sleep and hurts every oponents "woke up" pokemon and drains their hp every turn 1/16 hp goes from oponents hp to the user hp of this ability. If oponent is under sleep he is protected from this ability.
If oponent has Insomania, Vital Spirit ,Nightmare the amount it takes the amount of 1/10 hp every turn.
If electric terrain is activated all pokemon that not sleep take 1/8 equal damage every turn.
Pokemon with Liquid Ooze will still lose hp but will cause user to get only damage.

sleeping and frozen pokemon, pokemon with Comatose ability, pokemon with dream monster ability(under sleep) ,
Bug type pokemon ( taking that spiders know how to move on webs) would be immune to the effect of this ability.

But would also make it learn some moves to make oponent sleep and add dream eater and nighmare to the mix to make it more surprise with battling it.

Magnefrezeoise

electric/ice

ability: Magnet Engine - user becomes immune to steel type moves and gains speed +1 evey time it gets hit by a steel type moves.

would be very defensice oriented and slow but would also learn a new ice attack to block electric type moves for 2 turns and a new ice attack to block fighting type moves for 2 turns.
