Creating a new team - need help

Ok so I am creating a new team and I am stuck on what pokemon I should have in the team. The team I got so far is

1) Tyranitar
2) Togekiss
3) Milotic
4) Arcanine

But I still need two other pokemon. the 5th pokemon i want is a dragon pokemon but I can't decide between a salamance or a dragonite and i don't know if my 6th pokemon should be Tangrowth or gengar.

I should of rephased what i said I mean the team I want. I have changed which pokemon i want in the team aswell

1) Tangrowth phyical wall
2) Gengar special sweeper
3) Milotic Special wall
4) Salamance phyical sweeper

So now i can't decide what other pokemon I should have in my team I was thinking either Tyranitar, Togekiss or Arcanine

For Tangrowth, I'm becoming fond of the idea of the Knock Off set:

Tangrowth@Leftovers
Impish nature
EVs: 252 HP / 228 Def / 28 Spe
-- Sleep Powder
-- Knock Off
-- Power Whip
-- Leech Seed

If you want a physical wall, this could work nicely. Knock Off gets rid of the opponent's items, Leech Seed and Leftovers give Tangrowth recovery, Sleep Powder puts something threatening to sleep, and Power Whip, despite working off the lower of Tangrowth's attack stats, can still do a lot of damage.

If you're looking for ideas for movesets, try Smogon to at least give you a baseline.
