So which Pokemon has the creepiest Pokedex entry?

Darumaka:
Darumaka's droppings are hot, so people used to put them in their clothes to keep themselves warm.

Yamask:
Each of them carries a mask that used to be its face when it was human. Sometimes they look at it and cry.

Cofagrigus:
It has been said that they swallow those who get too close and turn them into mummies.

Gothorita/Gothitelle:
They use hypnosis to control people and Pokémon. Tales of Gothorita leading people astray are told in every corner. They can see Trainers' life spans.

Frillish:
With its thin, veil-like arms wrapped around the body of its opponent, it sinks to the ocean floor. They paralyze prey with poison, then drag them down to their lairs, five miles below the surface.

Jellicent:
The fate of the ships and crew that wander into Jellicent's habitat: all sunken, all lost, all vanished. Their favorite food is life energy.

Litwick:
While shining a light and pretending to be a guide, it leeches off the life force of any who follow it.

Lampent:
It arrives near the moment of death and steals spirit from the body.

Chandelure:
Being consumed in Chandelure's flame burns up the spirit, leaving the body behind.

Heatmor:
Using their very hot, flame-covered tongues, they burn through Durant's steel bodies and consume their insides.

Well that's it I guess I'm not sure if there are some more. Personally I choose Gothorita/Gothitelle since a gothic girl hypnotizing a person and kidnapping them is downright scary to me and it can see the life span of trainers. Hypno and a Shinigami...nice.
 
Gothorita's and Litwick's entries can be seen as creepy: Lampent's and Chandelure's are just plain awesome. (And ya know, Gothita's entry could be a little creepy.)

The entries that describe eating habits are nothing much, and Darumaka's entry is simply interesting. Yamask has a notable entry though, for declaring that Yamask was once human.
 
My choice is Lampent. But Yamask,Jellicent and Litwick are creepy too.
 
Yamask ... Imagine being able to look at the face you one had as a human ... being unable to let go of it ... and then knowing you could be caught by the next human you see ...

*shudder shudder*
 
As far as the 'Dex entries are concerned, it's gotta be Lampent's. Be gone, evil spirit, I wanna go to Heaven.

Though Cofagrigus's is pretty creepy as well:

I'll have to say Yamask, because the severed face thing is just disturbing.
 
It's hard to choose, most of them are pretty creepy. But I think the creepiest is Frillish's. It paralyses you and get you underwater to make you drown? That's nightmare fuel for me.
 
Heatmor is pretty scary, especially with Durant being one of my favorite Unova Pokemon. ;A;
 
They're all creepy and disturbing as hell. Pokedex is full of exaggeration.

I am also bothered by Swalot's entry:
It swallows anything whole. It sweats toxic fluids from its follicles to douse foes.

I remember there's a picture of Swalot swallowing May.

I'm gonna say Litwick, cause that thing is just too cute to be something like that. bonus points for actually doing that in the anime.
 
Yamask's is definitely one of the most disturbing Pokedex entries, whereas Lampents' is one of the frightening.
 
Yamask's is not only really disturbing, it's incredibly depressing. It's esentailly the ghost of someone lamenting over something terrible. It's like how sometimes in japanese horror you hear crying, and it's scarier than any menace could ever be.

Though the best written is hands down Jellicent's. "All sunken, all lost, all vanished."
 
I had a hard time deciding which one I'd vote. Both Yamask's and Jellicent's entries look pretty creepy to me, but in the end I chose Jellicent. I wouldn't like to be in one of those ships that sank...
 
I'd have to say Yamask. I don't even want to think about the idea that it was human, and now has a mask of its old face... (Too late, just did.)

I've nothing else to say here.

As for Darumaka, I just wonder what made those people think this was a good idea...maybe if it was really cold, then sure. But aren't Darumaka in the desert?
 
Got to be Yamask. Looking at a mask of your old face? Creepy. Poor Yamask.
