First off I hope I am under the right Thread...

Second... I will be honest not much will probably be posted here sense I am pretty shy to show off any of my work... unless it is fan art then I am all for it because I have had some issues in the past with people taking off with my work that "I" thought up of... but this is fan art... obviously all this stuff belongs to Nintendo and so on so forwarth or to whatever I choose to post with in this thread...

I mean I DID the drawings... (except the Mewtwo with wings as shown bellow) but yeah...

Anyway today I got inspired to do something for someone here because of the interesting combination they requested for, while I browsing 'Kingdra's Splice gallery (Amazing! Along with many others here! I am actually surprised to see how many people here are just simple stunning with the works of art with what you all post!)

Anyway I seen someone by the name of Shadow Mist who requested for a sprite splice of Nidoking and Kangashkhan

'Kingdra said he was unable too (but with his works... I know he will probably be able to do it, here very soon! Don't give up hun! None of you artist should, keep it up! I want to see more of what you all can do!)

I am not a "sprite" kind of person though I do love them but I am more for line art...

So I know this isn't quite what you wanted Shadow Mist but here is what I got

mind making a Nidoking+Kangaskhan splice :3

This actually took quite sometime to draw to get it the way it looks now. And obviously I added some of my own stuff... I am really big into anatomy and physiology so if I find something looks "incorrect" in my mind I will draw it in to make more sense of it... course I am still not great with getting all the body structure and all yet... getting the joints... alined right and look like it would actually be "real" but... I did fail some of it with in this drawing and I am also not very good with shading... and will not even talk about how bad I am with colouring...

Also did a very small splice awhile back before I joined here but didn't realize it was popular just thought it would have been fun and this is what I got... something very simple but liked it anyhow... "no I did not draw this one" nor colour it... was just a simple copy and paste onto one on the other:

Though I am sure I could draw it if I really wanted too but neh... who knows maybe another day hehe

'Kingdra I hope I did not upset you with taking up on her request... if there is hard feelings please let me know and I will remove the drawing *snaps fingers* just like that... But that wasn't my intensions. Just sounded cool so felt like it.

Shadow Mist, I hope you like it if you do find yourself to this thread!

Awww man that drawing is soooo AWESOME....
And you're right, I can do that splice now. That was a long time ago(okay, 2 months?) but I can do that now(Heck, actually it was supposed to be damn easy, but I wasn't being able to pull it off). As usual, I'm babbling, but you definitely did a great job with that sketch.

Oo did you already post that splice? Because if you did I must had missed it... I am curious what you came out with! Post here if you wish, I do not mind.

Yeah I realized it was older but I didn't seem to spot it so made me want to draw it =P

Thank you! Glad you liked the drawing... it looks kind of silly to me. I guess mostly due to the pose I choose for it but neh... guess not as bad as it could have been haha!

Hey wonderful work on that khangasking sketch! Its magnificent!
You know, its one thing to have talent atp splicing like 'Kingdra and myself, but something else to have talent with line drawings. Now those take real skill! Again, great work.

Oh wow that is really cool!

I put too much Kangaskhan in mine... her primary request was to have Nidoking (I assumed with her listing first) and then a Kangaskhan so haha!

Least your art doesn't take up as much room as mine does!

Anyway here is some more of my art that is fan made or stuff I did on my own... Sense there is a lot of people who are into sprite making I will show you that first...

Well for starters here is the original image (I did NOT draw this)... just a refrence

This is older back when I used a "pure" Windows computer... it is a work in progress to show you how I did do it... you can see some of the original image and how I was going on pixel at a time filling in the image (did do this one)

And I never did finish the rest of the background took long enough to do L from Death Note as it was and lost ambition haha! So here is the finished... or as finished as I want it to be =P (This one I did too)

Okay nexted is Terris-Thule goddess of Nightmares from the MMORPG EverQuest (refrence and is a screenshot from the game)

There was an anime called Potemayo... well still is but never did come to the US but friend I meet showed me it and he really likes is so I drew this for his birthday... first off though...

And then the finished... yes I actually DID finish this... husband was proud of me haha and my friend LOVES it! I wish I could have done better but I SUCK at colouring... only reason came out "half way decent" was due to having refrences in the background as you could see in the "Work in progresses"

I did not originally start this out to be a Skeksis... in fact I was trying to draw a vulture but ended up not going so well so I tried to save it and turn it into a dragon... is started to look to bird like but didn't want to get rid of it neither so I guess this is an indirect "Skeksis" drawing from the Dark Crystal... I had no refrences though sense it wasn't planned.

Here is what a Skeksis looks like in case no one knows what or who Skeksis or Dark Crystal is... (1982) puppet movie from Jim Henson for starters and here is a movie image...

And here is my drawing... see what I mean? it looks very similar without really intending >_< Ah well still looks good!
