Crossed Out User Names

I have been looking at the friends part of my public profile, and one of my friends has their user name crossed out. Exactly what does this mean?

That means that person has been banned. 2 of my contacts were the same way.

It means they're banned. You might have figured that out, as most people who started threads that are in the Hall of Shame have strikethrough usernames.
 
Why have there been two threads in the same day asking this?
 
It means they're banned. Also they have an auto-applied title that translates into something like "the fool who is banished."
 
someone please help. i am new and i have no idea on how to post anything! (if this becomes a post its cuz it was unrelated to a post i commented on)
how do i upload pics and have those signatures and etc. plz help me

If their name is crossed out, it means they're banned.
