Customizing Profiles?

Heyy, so I was just noticing everybody's jazzy profile theme and I noticed mine is rather...simple. How boring. I've been informed that there is a "Customize My Profile" button above the VM box, but it isn't appearing on my screen. >.< Could it be the browser I'm using?

Could anybody give me the direct link, please? Thanks.

There isnt a direct link.When you click Customize profile it should bring the Profile design thing up. Im not sure why it wouldnt,maybe it's a forum glitch or something with your browser.
