He just said he'd like to do it, that doesn't mean a whole lot unless the higher ups at Capcom OK it first.
 
But Games Radar stated that cancelling Legends 3 was a good thing, so there's no hope in developing it.
 
CyberConnect2, aren't those the guys who developed the .Hack video games?
