Ok, now I'm not making any accusations here, but you have to look at the facts. Cynthia's pokemon all have 31 IV's across the board.. Every single one of them. Now maybe she just used RNG, but that's still pretty suspicious. Also, she used a Garchomp, a pokemon which is widely believed to be broken.

So I'm not saying that Cynthia is a cheater, but just look at the facts. She did all this, and used it to beat all of the other NPC's and become champion.

haha, I stopped liking her when I heard all her pokemons have 31 IVs... I mean come on :| that's virtually impossible to do legally. she'd be 90 if she bred them that much the right way. and she's probably not over 30 so what gives?
I'm aware the game makers did it just to make her a challenge... but geez.

of course that leads me to another question... what of Steven's pokemon? is he a hacker too?

It says on Bulbapedia. How Bulbapedia knows, I have no idea. All I do know is that any website with "-pedia" on the end is right.

The programmers just want to make the game challenging by turning all the champions into big filthy cheaters. But now that I know they're cheaters it'll make the win sweeter for me when I used my legitimately obtained and trained Pokémon to beat them. Hahaha.

i believe that, using a certain cheat code, you can catch her pokemon as your own. and whoever did just checked their IVs and noticed they were all 31. or something like that. i might be wrong, though.

goddammit, cynthia! not even knowing that she was a hacker made swallowing my pride and using a level 100 pokemon from my sister to beat her feel any better. seriously, my pokemon were doing fine until she sent out milotic, ugh.

Her Pokemon are not ev-trained though, so it doesn't really matter.
Even those trained Bidoof at the battle tower are way tougher.

There are cheats that let you catch trainer's pokémon. If I cheated, I'd be using that, so much easierto complete the pokédex.

And I'm pretty sure it's been proven that by using False Swipe bazillions of times that Gym Leaders/E4 can use more Full Restore than it's possible to hold/have enough Pen to buy...

I actually snorted when I read this, especially as the girl would always say "Cynthia!" with a really weird voice.

Cynthia isn't just a hacker, she's a noob as well with her uber.

And still I never had any trouble beating her. With my unbalanced team with only a torterra trained. On both Diamond and Platinum.
