Well, in this thread we can talk about our great deads in D/P.

- I caught my Azelf with only one Ultra Ball.
- I cauht my Heatran with only one Pokéball.
 
The first Ralts egg I hatched in Pearl was shiny. :D
 
Oh, lucky you. I got bored of breeding Ralts...

I needed a male one with Adamant nature (Gallade is only male xD) and it took me long of time...
 
I caught Azelf, Mesprit, and Cresselia with Quick balls, beginning of the battles. Kind of a disapointment really.
 
I've dropped my DS with Diamond in it from about 5-6 feet up about 7 times, and Diamond still works.:p

This post is on topic, so don't say it isn't. I'm still talking about my Diamond.

I can deal with an anticlimax if Cresselia would just stop running away and stay in the Pokeball. She's really quite active for someone who is asleep, and has less than ten percent health. I've been using Quick Balls and Dusk Balls (when it's night time) but the best I've managed is three shakes.

I did get Mesprit with a Quick Ball, though. On our tenth or so encounter, anyway.
 
OMFG...It took me more than 50 hours xD (I was going to say 100, but it took me 50...Exactly 50:10).
 
i have over 350 hours of play and have 477 pokemon on my pokedex and i got pearl and sent over a pair of ralts eggs (hopefully 1 male and one female) and the first was a modest female (really need a dawn stone for the male(he's almost level 20))
 
I got a shiny Mightyena as the second Pokemon on a PokeRadar chain. O:

I'm pretty proud of my decision to catch Dialga in a Timer Ball. It makes sense - it has dominion over time, why shouldn't a little clock appear when it pops out? :d

It was the fifth Timer Ball, and the ninth turn. So it's like I caught it with a Pokeball, because it's not until the tenth turn when the Timer Ball starts to get stronger. :p But you can't really brag about catching Dialga/Palkia, anyways, SO EASY. It makes me cringe when people use their Master Balls on them. :X
 
I have 401 hours of play. But most, probably about 100 hours, not kidding, is the DS just sitting there. I hardly ever close my DS, in fact it's sitting open right now and I don't care at all. I've also fallen asleep with it on several times, adding a good amount of time to it.

I also caught a shiny zubat the second day I had my game. I didn't know their value back then and traded it off for a chimchar. >.<

I used my Master Ball on Giratina, but I realised in hindsight that it was rather a waste. Oh well - my hopes are on the daily lottery. =)

Same, and with Palkia. Kinda anticlimatic.

I have 200 hours game time netted and I've had the game since the European release; July 27th. 30 days and 200 hours is quite worrying.
 
Thats 8.33 days out of 30

Thats pretty amazing, seeing as most people will spend 15 of those days asleep
 
I've been at a lot of "geek gatherings", where a group of us would trot around the Underground stealing each others flags, trading and training.
 
Fifteen out of thirty? You sleep twelve hours a day? It'd typically be more in the range of eight to ten days...

Though if we're going to boast about amount of time played, I just passed 176 hours, and I've only had it since last Thursday week. That's seventeen days. =)
