Hello.

Here I will post my mass of tiny squares classified as art.

Okay, but genuinely here I'll post my pixel art(my hobby) and anything else related to it. I'm in the process of making a fangame, so a lot of it will be about that.
If my art looks cool or makes you feel good, then yippie! If not then... I don't really care too much, my happiness is not based on the opinions of others.
Enjoy my Art! None of these are public, plz do not use, that would be very uncool of you

The opposite gender protagonist is the main rival(in addition to the ones below. (they're also assigned a random skintone)

She does indeed battle the player a few times, but I don't think she shows up enough to be considered a TRUE Rival like Miguel and Roxen. Think like Barry in the anime, he does show up a lot and competes in the sinnoh league, but is definitely a Recurring/Supporting Character rather than a Rival.

Ay, thank you! D&P and B&W2 have some my favorite spriteart, so I decided to try to draw like that. I was horrendously bad at first(like embarrassing XD) but I've improved all the way up to here! I find it really fun to find the perfect balance between old and detailed, I've sunk more time into custom shading than I'd like to admit haha

Dem Leaders the Gym Leaders

Spoiler: Gym 1: Normal Type: Primus & Gradus

You can choose to fight one of them, or both of them, you get the badge either way. The Gym is technically Normal Type but is split. Primus favors Normal/Dark Types and Gradus Normal/Fairy Types. Their names together mean 'First Step' in latin.

She's a professional mountain climber, but you sure wouldn't think so, she falls and tumbles all the time but always walks away unscathed (think TRio levels of invincibility)! (heck you literally meet her when she falls face first off a cliffside, only to walk away completely fine)

Do the Hokey Pokeymon Fakeymon

Spoiler: Grass Starter Line: Mosster -> Hylocreature -> Sphagnumopus

, The Pokemon is the moss, not the statue.

, Some Lizards have carpet like feelers on their feet, and I'm sure you've all zapped your friends or a doorknob at least once right?

Spoiler: Water Starter Line: Narfae -> Dolphiend -> Orcane

, This one is kinda different. As a child I thought Narwhals where mythological (aka not reall) creatures, so I gave Narfae and it's relatives the Fairy Type. And to justify that, made it's horn more unicorn, and whimsical looking, and Orcane in particular, it's fins are white and wing shaped allowing it to skip and glide around, and hey Flying Whales are also kind of a fantasy trope, so it's a win-win!

, Jetrylark has sick design trust, I'm just not done yet.

Spoiler: Region Bug: Catapoli -> Buggernaut OR Punchbug

,I knew from the beginning I wanted a warrior bug, and immedietly thought of lions, and their mainly female hunters. So Punchbug is male only while Buggernaut is female. So enjoy girlboss bug I guess. (Punchbug is still WIP) Finally finished Punchbug, which ended up just kinda being a big Catapoli. Which I'm okay with, it's cute!

, Animals are in constant evolution. Some faster than others. So this what I imagine Dodrio looked like a couple hundred years ago. Pure Flying with Protean btw

Ok, ok, ok. I WANTED to finish all the Explorers before posting this, but I apparently I don't know how to draw Chalce XD. So here's Coral, Spinel, and an outdated Zirc and Onia that I intend to redraw soon. I'll updated this post as soon I finish the rest.

Fun Fact: I'm apparently I'm one of the few human beings on earth who actually hates Coral, and yet she's one of the most popular characters. I love her design though! So fun to draw!

So Sidian's hair gave me A LOT OF TROUBLE, I actually had to go rewatch some episodes of Pokemon Horizons (and trust me that's no chore XD) to familiarize myself with his design because he has such a subtle presence lol.

Ah, Spinel. Bomb character design Spinel. I had to draw this almost entirely from scratch btw, so this took forever. I never noticed his weird trenchcoat cape thing(?) until I spent way too long drawing it.

Chalce is what made me split this up in the first place, that hair omg. But I finally got her color and hair right, and I actually really like this one!

In my experience, Spinel is hard to draw, because even small changes make him look... Not like himself. You did so well! Inspiring! Makes me want to try my hand at pixel art someday too, maybe make some buttons icons etc.

Guys I fell back into the deep end of the Spiderman Fandom HELP HELP HE-

Spoiler: Regional Joltik -> Galvantula: Bug/Dark OR Bug/Ghost

, So I first made Joltik as a joke because in, "Across The Spiderverse" every universe is said to have a Spiderman. But then I loved it so much I tweaked it into Fakemon material! Bug/Dark Galvantula is male exclusive and is based on Miles Morales Spiderman. Bug/Ghost Galvantula is female exclusive and is based on Gwen Stacey "Ghost" Spider. Joltik is pure Bug and I'm sure you know what it's based on. I'm a Spiderman fan ok, I had to go hard on these XD

Spinel can be very hecktic to draw, which I'm just gonna attribute entirely to his weird hair and jacket(cape thing?), drawing Horizons characters has made me admire these designs so much more. Character design is hard.

Hey I 100% recommend trying your hand at pixel art, I love to see more pixel art in the space!

Huh?? What's this? The Artist, instead of continuously bashing his head into a wall with a project he was getting burnt out on, decided to take a break and draw some OCs for his fangame instead? Yes he did! And I really enjoyed working on these! If there's any advice I can give, it's that in art you can definitely use a nice palate cleanser every once in a while!

I present to you Ghostbusters G.H.A.S.T (Ghost, Hunting, Assembled, Super, Team. The name is intentionally bad don't worry XD), which is my own way of creating Sidequests, to introduce a bunch of the new Pokemon in the region (ghost is one of my favorite types so I may have gone overboard XD)!

Spoiler: Geisha

Geisha created G.H.AS.T from a burning desire to help people, and saw the rabid amount of Ghost Pokemon as a perfect way to start!

Don't ask what brutalized her Garchomp like this, it's a VERY long story...

Spoiler: Pedro

Pedro joined G.H.A.S.T solely because he's Geisha's best friend. He used to work as a plumber until he joined, yet he's convinced himself he's the strongest battler in the group.

Spoiler: Carter

Carter joined G.H.A.S.T because he wanted test out his inventions. He does everything in his power to make sure the group stays safe with the help of his creations. His last name is Ridge (Carter Ridge, Cartridge. Get it? GET IT??)

Spoiler: Blumere

Blumere joined G.H.A.S.T to get over her fear of Ghost Type Pokemon. Despite only being a kid, she does her absolute best to provide utility with her Pokemon. She and Reggie are inseparable, and her favorite color is Blue.

Reggie joined G.H.A.S.T to stay with his best friend Blumere, they became fast friends when G.H.A.S.T inspected his home for Ghosts. Despite being the newest and youngest member of the team, his courage and bravery are unmatched! He and Blumere are inseparable, and his favorite color is Red.

And then I was drawing Liko, and Roy, for other pieces, and realized "Hey they're both wearing shorts!" and I starting drawing this... and eventually stopped as it was WAY out of my league and I've never drawn something like this, but after seeing and loving a bunch more artwork on these very forums (thanks you guys! ) I decided to come back and dust this off!

TYSM! I'm so glad! I mean, I love writing lore too, I'm just too lazy to write a whole story XD. The actual fangame is biggest thing I've written!
You don't know, HOW MUCH that means to me! Poses and shading were beating me to a pulp when I first started, but now they're one of my strong suits, what do you know! Now I just need to learn Neon Colors XD

Glad you caught it! I figured I should make the profile post if I was just gonna edit a previous one lol.
Thank you ! Considering Chalce is why I had to take a break from drawing them in the first place, I'm glad I did her sprite justice!

So someone told me "Tell me you like Likodot without telling me you like Likodot lol". Jokes on them I was already drawing an expressions sheet for Liko's Pokemon, so I just had to slap some captions on it and BOOM. "Liko's mons reacting to Likodot" lol. Apparently even random expressions sheets can turn into silly stuff XD

Also do you guys like this style of pixel-y characters with painted background, or drawn in pixels all the way through, like my last one of these? I'm experimenting with using Krita to draw the backgrounds.
