I'm trying to compile a list, and any help would be great.

Route 221
There is a house with an old man inside; he'll ask to see a Pokémon of a different level every day.

Trophy Garden/Pokémon Mansion
After getting the National Dex, talk to Mr. Backlot here every day, and the Pokémon in the garden will change.

Floraroma Town
In the flower shop, talk to the girl who's near the register, but not next to it. She'll give you a free berry.

Veilstone City
In the southwestern section of the city, a lady inside of a house will give one of your Pokémon a massage each day. Sometimes, she finds dress-up items in the Pokémon's fur.

Pastoria City
In the first house from the western enterance, can you can talk a lady to recieve a berry once a day.

The locations of Pokémon in the Great Marsh change each day.

Jublife City
At the TV station, talk to the woman at the front desk to do the lottery. You can only get one ticket per day.

In the northwestern corner of the first floor, a new trainer will battle you every day.

Route 208
The Berry Masteaster will give you one berry per day.

Solaceon Town
In the building to the right of Pokémon Center, there is a guy who needs a different Pokémon each day. The reward is some type of Pokéball.

Snowpoint City
The old man in the upper right house will add one word to your vocabulary system each day.

Sunyshore City
Inside a house on the far eastern side of town, a woman will give you a new ribbon every other day.

Monday = Alert Ribbon
Tuesday = Shock Ribbon
Wednesday = Downcast Ribbon
Thursday = Careless Ribbon
Friday = Relax Ribbon
Saturday = Snooze Ribbon
Sunday = Smile Ribbon

North of the Pokémon Center, the Seal Market changes its stock of seals every day.

Valor Lakefront
Inside the resturant, you can battle different trainers every day, and they hand out lots of cash. I've also heard that you can battle different trainers three times a day; once for every meal. I need to confirm this, however.

Sandgem Town
Inside of a house south of Professor Rowan's lab, Dawn's/Lucas' sister will tell you about a new Pokémon Swarm each day. This only happens after you get the National Dex.

Celestic Town
The man inside the Pokemon Center will give you free Pokéballs if you show him a Pokémon with good happiness.

Pal Park
You can migrate six new Pokémon each day. Time travel does not work.

Valley Windworks Power Plant
Driftloon appears every Friday.

Sinnoh Underground
All Hikers change their stock every day at midnight.

Am I missing anything?

And of course, you forgot you can import 6 new Pokemon in Pal Park per day.

I showed the Route 221 man a level 3 Shinx on Monday morning, and he gave me a Black Belt.

For the Sunyshore ribbon lady, is there anything special you need to say to her?

Excellent list by the way. You should post this in Smogon too.

2. I said "fun" and got a Smile ribbon.

That route below Lake Valor-there are new sets of trainers to battle every day in the restaurant.
 
In the Sunnyshore Marketplace, the Pokeball Seal Man changes his stock of seals, and you will have the option to purchase certain seals depending on the day of the week.
 
Christ, I'm gonna have to start keeping a checklist...
 
Wow. i am gonna be busy tonight getting backgrounds and seals. Yeesh.

Funny, I've been doing this every day, and yet I keep forgetting to list it.
 
(To note : the girl in Sandgem who tells you about swarms is Dawn (Or Lucas)'s sister. Figured that might help some people identify her better)
 
Surprised no one's noted this, but next to the lottery counter in the Jubilife TV station is a "karaoke corner" that has a different trainer (sometimes trainers) everyday.

And does anyone know who it is on the second floor that's supposed to give you the different backgrounds?

Yeah, I need to know the man with backgrounds too. Haha. I made my Dialga wear a tiara. Talk about animal cruelty.
 
The list now displays everything so far, and I deleted anything that wasn't true. (backdrop guy)
