Dark Lugia joke card

A Dark Lugia joke card was inserted into the Summer 2005 issue of Pokémon Scoop... It's about the size of an A5 sheet, or twice the length and height of a normal card...

The other stats seem to be correspondingly large. It has 300HP, and has a single attack, Dark Storm, which consumes 4 Psychic energy, which causes 1000 damage. The flavour text: ダークオーラで発生させた竜巻で、敵を攻撃。 Attacks the opponent with a tornado made from Dark Aura. Its escape cost is 3, and it is weak to Psychic, being Psychic itself. The expansion symbol is the Pokémon XD logo.

NOT SO FAST, LUGIA. MY POKEMON SCOOP HAS NO PATHETIC CARDS.
 
Pokémon Scoop is not for sale, I don't think - it seems to be free with every purchase at the Pokémon Center.

I'm not entirely certain whether the card was attached to the magazine or not, I just found it there in my copy.
 
I think Murgatroyd has managed to get a copy shipped to him before, ask him.
 
Did the magazine include any useful information on the game itself? I believe that the previous issue contained information on Miror B.'s role in the game, which neither CoroCoro nor the official site have covered so far. If there is anything new in the magazine, however insignificant it may appear, please post on it.
