Selected Woolworths stores in England and Scotland are to host an event called "Pokémon Live" for a day throughout August that will feature Pokémon games and allow UK players to add {{p|Darkrai

Gah, the annoying thing about this is that I live within walking distance of one of the events and I don't think I'll be able to get to it.
 
Still a little bummed that they won't have a day in Cardiff, but Newport's okay too.. hopefully I can find my way around that place.
 
There is only one that's a decent distance from where I live, that wouldn't take too long to get to by train, but I'm working on the day it's held, pretty typical :/ All the rest are WAY too far from where I live.
 
I'm considering getting a train to Liverpool. I need to see if there's anything special about it first though, I already have Japanese Darkrai.

That's pretty cool. There are no events near me as such. But I shall be on holiday down in Devon during the week 18th-22nd so I may just have to pop up to Exeter for the day :D
 
*sigh* No one ever acknowledges Northern Ireland and Wales in these things.
 
i only just read this, sounds cool and i may be able to get to one which is even cooler!

just a question though to anyone who may know about these giveaways:

when they say 'download' darkrai what does that involve? do i need anything more than a ds, diamond/pearl version and a save file on there?
 
You need a national pokedex and a free space on your team and the game has to be in the english language.

Im going on to the beckton as it is nearby to me
