Okay I read on bulbapedia that Dawn's Cyndaquil evolves into Quilava but that was only in Japan. When will it come to the United States?

Yeah, this has been known for a while, unfortunately ^^; We don't know when they'll air the episode in the united states, however, so for now, there's not much to discuss on this.
