Awww how cute! You always color your pics really nice as well as the shading. I like the background the water and the sun. Oddish and Azurril look so cute. The only thing is you forgot Milotic's tail pattern. But everything else is ok. ^^
 
Ah! It is an excellent summer theme. Coloring looks good, and I particulary like the texture the picture appears in. The only thing I don't particulary care for is Milotic's forhead, as it seems to be rather tall, but other than that, good job.
 
The only tip I can make is try adding shading to it. It makes a dif. Simply adorable. *gets giddy* ~_^

The Oddish and Azurill are so sweet. *laugh* They look like they're sharing the same contented expression, almost. I do agree about the Milotic's forehead, but it's probably because of the way her head is tilted. If it's a side-view, there should probably be more to her snout-area, which would balance out the forehead-ridge. Still nice, though. ^^ I like the eyelash-like things. And the Wingull is just darling. *snuggles* XD;
 
Cute and adorable, although I agree about Milotec looking a bit strange. The shading is really nice, although I'd like to see some the backgroundshade of the Pokemon. I like the water texture and the riceballs add a funny effect, although they could use some shading as well
 
Is a nice draw. I agree with the posts above, save for the shading part. I would say more things about it but I don't have the words to explain it right know...
 
Aw! I love it! It's adorable, an original scene, and good texture. Could use some shading, and I do agree that Milotic (sp?) looks a bit weird. I love you added rice cakes to it and how you made Wingull winking ^-^"
