DC Teases...Final Crisis

Newsarama posted this image today. Saying they received it from DC with no attached comment (something all the comic companies are doing with things they want to keep secret). They just brought back Barry Allen, and yet they've said a Flash has to die in every Crisis. So could Barry have the shortest return on record? Or is it Jay Garrick's time to die? Still an interesting image, even for a non-DC fan like me.

So when does the time-travel summer epic Crisis of Infinite Crises come out? Do they need two more to have enough worlds?
