Ladies and Gentlemen, i humbly present to you my Battle Tower Team for Rating. Please rate this with the fact that Battle Tower Cheats

Tyranitar@Leftovers
Adamant
Sand Stream
252 Attack/252 Speed
Dragon Dance
Aqua Tail
Crunch
Earthquake

Ok. A Tyranitar lead might be unusual, but it works well. first of all, it breaks Sashed Pokemon's Sash, and second of all, very few leads in Battle Tower can OHKO him. First turn he Dragon Dances, Second Turn he responds to the foes pokemon with an above move. Leftovers helps restore any health lost to the opposing pokemon

Togekiss@Lum Berry
Serene Grace
Modest
Nasty Plot
Roost
Air Slash
Aura Sphere

Special Sweeper in the Group. Nasty Plots First Turn, Second Turn Either Uses Air Slash or Aura Sphere, Roost when neccesary

Dusknoir@Sitrus Berry
Impish
Pressure
Pain Split
Ice Punch
Fire Punch
Will O Wisp

the general Tank Set. Hes meant to cripple Battle Towers main sweepers *with the exception of Heracross*, Pain split for health, and the two punches for coverage

Well I've used Tyranitar as a lead in the tower, but the rest of my Pokémon didn't take damage from the sandstorm. I used Tyranitar, Garchomp, and Scizor. I found that a special sweeper isn't REQUIRED, although it would have probably made a lot of those battles shorter.

It looks good, but I'm concerned about the damage Togekiss and Dusknoir take from the storm.

Doesn't the Battle Tower have Item Clause?

Yeh battle tower has item clause :? I can see this team being sheer colded by a quick claw walrein

Yeah, our right, I was absent mindlingly typing this. I think its Lum Berry and Sitrus berry, I'll just check.

The amount of damage they take is not substantial, generally the battle doesnt last long enough for a sandstorm ot cripple my team. My biggest fear for a sandstorm team is earthquake users, hence why I didnt use one

Gliscor (Sand Veil), Aerodactyl (SpD boost), and Skarmory (No advantage) are all immune to the sandstorm.

Cradily could be an interesting choice... it has Recover too.

Hmmm. I have a Gliscor ready to use, but it doesnt hit very hard, and stalling in Battle Tower is not a good thing. Ill try it with Aerodactyl, but he really doesnt need a Speed Boost. Skarmory is nice to, but unless I use a curse set on him he has dismal attack.

SpD is Special Defense, not Speed. Speed is Spe.

You can teach Gliscor Swords Dance.

Hmm. My Brain is decaying. I read that as SpeeD. I realize you can teach gliscor Swords Dance, but the moveset is in question. the way I see it is:

Gliscor@Bright Powder
252 Attack/252 Speed
Sand Veil
Adamant Nature

Earthquake
Swords Dance
Roost
<insert move here>

Knowing battle tower, every other pokemon would wall me

You could always use 3 attacks instead of 2 and Roost. Stone Edge and Aerial Ace-Ice Fang?

Roost is there for recovery. he has 75 health and SP Def, and one or two SP attacks could knock it down to the point where it could be KO'd even by a Physical Attack. I tend to avoid Stone Edge, as its inaccurate, so rock slide would be better, but Earthquake beats steels, which the above moveset is walled by, and electrics, Ariel Ace was one of the alternate moves and with Rock sLide their are few things that would need to be hit by Ice Fang

Then I guess you should go with Earthquake and Ice Fang.

yeah, that works. Il try it and post here again with results

Ok, that team failed miserably (the suggested sandstorm team) Mamoswine and starmie were every where.
Any other suggestions?
